Recovering from setbacks can be difficult, but here's your road map. Your new best buddies are compression, elevation, ice, and rest. Remain positive; mental strength is just as important as physical recovery. Accept the help you have; your friends and family are here supporting you. Your doctor is the expert, so listen to their advice.

Keep in mind that challenges are temporary. Use this time to learn, grow, and explore new interests. You'll bounce back stronger than before if you have patience and faith.
